Stacey Burton I am farmgirl at heart, and love my farm life with my animals, and family. I discovered yoga as a way to deal with anxiety, and in turn I found myself , which led me to make it my life goal to create a space where everyone feels welcome and safe, where they to can be, as they are, at any given time.My favorite piece of Yoga Methodology is "Come From You are Ready Now".....it gives me permission to be content with my imperfections, and know that I can always begin again, and be ready for life that is unfolding in front of me!

Nicole Anderson
Hi my name is Nicole Anderson. My family (husband and 4 children ages 2-11) moved to Rocky Mountain House in September of 2021 from Athabasca. I am so excited to get to know you all and share my love of group fitness with you. I started teaching group fitness classes 3 years ago. I had tried many home exercise programs but was never able to stick with them. I found that being with like minded people in group classes, working and smiling together was exactly what I needed. I love the energy, the teamwork and the friendships that come from sweating together. I believe that group fitness provides the support that many of us need to stick with our lifestyle goals and it's so much fun you won't want to quit. I am certified to teach High Fitness, High Low Fitness, Pound, Generation Pound, and Upbeat Barre. Can't wait to see you in class!
